Life is Not a Game
Some people don't like to act like a child...I think that is silly. But, to each his/her own. I say, "you do yours, I'll do mine." Acutally, I stole that from a friend, but she won't mind. Sometimes I like to play things like Airsoft. Airsoft is a combat sport and very similar to paintball without the paint mess. Airsoft is played with a small rubber BB that can give a sting but generally will not hurt you. The different types of airsoft guns used are spring, gas and automatic electronic guns. Airosft has gained such popularity that some of the swat teams around the country use them for training. If you have not tried it, you should if you get a chance.
Of course, sometimes things happen when you least expect. My grandmother recently passed away and she died intestate or without a will. This meant that we had to deal with a bunch of nonsense in Probate court. All I can say is, do yourself and your family a favor and write up a simple will now and keep updating it as you get older. If you have someone die without a will, get yourself a good probate attorney who can handle the silly paperwork for you and advise you on the best course of action. I actually had to help a friend recently locate a qualified construction injury lawyer to help with a horrible accident that took place on a job site. The owner of the company stopped taking his phone calls after he was hurt on the job and he finally realized he needed to enlist the help of a good attorney.
So, life can be fun and serious at the same time.
